A main focus in my classroom is ensuring effective use of students' time. When a problem is noticed it should be addressed as soon as possible. An assest-based, student-driven approach to problem solving is modeled in the presentation below.
This math lesson plan also shows how in-class student inquiry can be used to create a dynamic lesson that works to solve actual student misunderstandings rather than incorrectly assumed ones.
